The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. The ideal candidate can interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Candidate will have general administrative responsibilities, is very detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, can work independently, and has the initiative to get things accomplished. Position is Hybrid but first month of training will be 100% onsite. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred 1-3 years of HR Coordinator experience (preferred). Identify, investigate, and resolve issues pertaining to safety employee concerns or conflict in an appropriate and timely manner. Maintain detailed and accurate accounts of investigation with timely memorialization of the notes and supporting documents into the ER case management system. Identifying trends and patterns as it relates to safety cases in employee relations and proposing solutions to improve the work environment Training and mentoring HR team members on employee relations processes and best practices specifically as it relates to safety matters.
