Spherion, the franchise division of Randstad, is searching for a Director of Enterprise Recruiting. The Director of Enterprise Recruiting will be responsible for all facets of Spherion Recruiting to include business process, organizational model, recruiting technology, performance reporting and resources with the goal of delivering industry leading recruiting best practices to Spherion Franchisees, Candidates & Clients. The Director will interface with Spherion leadership, franchisees, customers and vendors to understand delivery needs as well as implement recruiting plans and solutions that result in profitable growth. The Director is expected to be a thought leader, present innovative ideas and stay ahead of the industry to ensure Spherion is positioned to deliver quality talent on demand efficiently. Primary Focus: 1) Partner with Franchisees, Spherion Leadership & Vendors to deliver solutions that help them achieve enterprise growth goals for all service offerings 2) Improve overall recruiting productivity (quality, quantity and speed of delivery) 3) Increase awareness and adoption of available recruiting processes and technologies 4) Enhance the overall candidate experience, increase retention and redeployment 5) Develop key delivery metrics and reporting analytics to enable informed decisions for growth What you get to do: General Partner with franchise community to support current and future client needs Lead change management, communication and training to implement recruiting best practices Continue to develop the Spherion way of recruiting, build upon and evolve methodologies and techniques to ensure that all recruiting resources are trained, stay informed of developments, and are capable of executing both basic and advanced recruiting techniques Foster Randstad peer relationships to share best practices, innovation and knowledge Provide weekly and quarterly insights and data analysis to support decision making; clearly link business decisions to data, financial results and evaluate outcomes Develop success measures, define goals and achieve those goals in alignment with Spherion leadership team Branch Recruiting Evolve the end to end branch recruiting process to ensure best in class recruiting techniques and technologies are executed across the enterprise Build, implement, and drive client specific delivery plans in alignment with Spherion leadership Partner with local leadership to ensure appropriate delivery strategy to support individual market needs Establish the initial recruiting strategies for new office and new franchisee launch Partner with Spherion marketing to implement local digital recruiting strategies and drive adoption Partner with Spherion Leadership team to evolve permanent placement recruiting strategies and include those in branch recruiting. On Premise Recruiting Evolve the end to end On Premise recruiting process to ensure best-in-class recruiting techniques and technologies are executed across the enterprise Partner with Portfolio Leaders and Franchisees to identify Spherion On Premise locations that need assistance with new on premise locations, ramps and improvement to overall performance. Participate in pre-sales activities to pursue and acquire new On Premise clients Establish standard Spherion performance metrics and reporting to drive performance of on premise locations. Partner with Spherion marketing to implement local digital recruiting strategies Leverage reporting to lead on-going performance reviews to ensure customer satisfaction of delivery Recruiting Technology Partner with IT to develop integrated digital technology solutions to improve business processes, establish key metrics and reporting Stay current on best practices, trends, emerging technologies and platforms in recruiting. Work with Spherion leaders, operations, franchises, marketing, IT and counterparts to deliver best practices, methodologies and tools to the enterprise Training Align recruiter training with Spherion business process Own and evolve new hire recruiter & advanced recruiter training programs. Lead enterprise recruiting best practice training sessions Identify local market training needs and deliver custom training plans that are replicable Partner with Training team to create content, publish and maintain recruiting curriculum Drive recruiting technology training and adoption What you need to bring: Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree 8-10 Years of Recruiting experience both temporary and direct hire recruiting 5 years of Recruiting leadership 5 years of On-Premise solution design and sales support, implementation, and management 3 years of franchise support experience Required Recruiting leadership in Commercial/Light Industrial and Professional staffing Well versed in modern recruiting technologies Motivated to consistently learn as technologies, process and market conditions change Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external) Ability to make decisions, take direction and create & execute a project plan Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs Able to communicate with and present at the executive level Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to develop business case with return on investment and expected business results This job posting is open for 4 weeks. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
