The Construction Administrator plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of construction projects by managing essential documentation, coordinating communication, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This position involves organizing project files, tracking permits, and preparing reports to keep project teams and stakeholders informed. The Construction Administrator will coordinate schedules, assist in budget tracking, and oversee vendor and subcontractor relations to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Additionally, they will maintain accurate data records, support project closeout, and handle site logistics to help maintain smooth project operations. Prepare and distribute reports, meeting minutes, and project summaries, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and site visits, acting as a liaison between project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, timelines, and any critical issues. Assist in budget tracking, expense monitoring, and processing invoices and purchase orders. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on orders, delivery schedules, and quality control, ensuring materials are received on time. Enter project data into management systems, preparing weekly or monthly progress reports on budgets and timelines. Support project closeout by compiling final documentation, including warranties, as-built drawings, and inspection reports. Oversee logistics like equipment rentals and site access, ordering supplies for safety and daily operations. Support project managers with issue tracking, helping to resolve any delays or challenges that arise on-site.
