Oversee full-cycle payroll processing—including certified payroll—ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and legal compliance. Ensure company-wide compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain and audit employee records and documentation. Develop, implement, and consistently communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are followed across all departments. Administer employee benefits programs, manage open enrollment, educate employees, and resolve benefit-related issues. Partner with department leaders to drive recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and working with third-party recruiters. Support a strong employee experience through onboarding, training, engagement initiatives, and performance management. Handle complex employee relations matters, ensuring resolution aligns with company values, fairness, and legal standards. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
