Managing timekeeping for hourly associates and overseeing company-wide Paid Time Off (PTO). Calculating and processing payroll for 50-100 employees, including commissions, incentives, and bonuses. Managing employee benefit offerings and any changes, such as health, dental, vision, disability products, voluntary benefits, and wellness programs. Paying, reconciling, and recording all benefit-related obligations. Maintaining and supporting the employee data software, Paylocity. Filing any workman’s compensation and/or other insurance claims related to employees or property. Managing updates to the Employee Handbook. Performing recurring monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and other postings to the general ledger. Keeping the company in alignment with all applicable rules and regulations.
