This role involves managing benefits enrollment, addressing employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate records. Benefits Administration Manage day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, etc.). Coordinate benefits enrollment and renewal processes, including open enrollment periods. Assist employees with benefits-related issues and inquiries, providing information and guidance on available options. Compliance and Reporting Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ACA, and other relevant legislation.
