Seeking a Human Resources professional to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture. This role will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, manage employee relations, administer benefits and payroll, and coordinate training programs. Prior experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
