Manage talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and retention strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee employee relations, ensuring engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution. Maintain compliance with HR laws, regulations, and 401K fiduciary responsibilities. Implement and enhance compensation and benefits programs, ensuring equity and compliance. Develop and refine HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Lead change management initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Supervise HR functions, including performance management, training, and employee wellness programs. Maintain and optimize HR information systems and records management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership or strategic role. Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred. strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, benefits, and compliance regulations. Experience with HR management systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
