We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Support Administrator to join our dynamic HR team for a 6-month project (minimum). In this role, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations, providing essential administrative support to HR functions, and ensuring the smooth execution of various HR processes throughout the duration of the project. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred). Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) is an advantage. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Keen attention to detail and accuracy. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Answer HR-related queries from employees, providing excellent customer service. Prepare HR reports and documents as needed, including attendance, leave balances, and other HR metrics. Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and other HR events. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations. Assist with performance management processes, including tracking and reporting on employee performance reviews. Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing HR-related communications.
