The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones, and greeting visitors coming through the front door. Also responsible for filing and basic clerical tasks for the HR Department including interviewing New hires on their onboarding experience, assisting with onboarding, and helping new hires on the computers. This position is 100% ONSITE. Qualifications: Must have at least 1 year of administrative experience Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Able to write correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Project).
