Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, which includes preparing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating a seamless integration into the organization. Benefits Administration: Support the management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Address employee inquiries related to benefits and ensure the timely and accurate processing of benefits documentation. HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Generate reports and analytics to aid in decision-making and HR initiatives. Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures. General HR and Payroll Support: Help organize HR events and initiatives, such as training programs, wellness activities, and employee recognition efforts. Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate communication and implementation of HR updates. Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
