The Record Management Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring records are returned in a timely manner and work with HIM Record Management team leads and/or manager to escalate issues, urgent requests and assure timely return of patient health records. Retrieves and returns records from various locations across Mass General Brigham sites including regular bulk deliveries between the medical record offsite warehouse, CRCC at 121 Inner Belt Road, Somerville and site locations 2.
