Manages processes related to workplace injuries and illnesses including Workers’ Compensation reporting, claims maintenance, and return-to-work for assigned location. Managed leave administration and compliance for assigned location. Benefit administration including eligibility meetings and enrollments. Update and maintain HRIS system. Administer and maintain performance management programs. Support user needs and troubleshoot payroll self-service and time and attendance systems. Employee relations. Employee communications.
