Expanding international corporate Commercial Learning and Development/Sales Training team hiring a talented and experienced Training Lead to support the Commercial Goods Sales teams nationally. Reporting to the impressive Director, this Lead role will serve as her right hand and support the curriculum, implementation, training, analysis, delivery, and success of the commerical consumer goods training program. Experience with B2C comsumer goods/product sales HIGHLY PREFERRED. Experience working in a highly matrixed and extremely collaborative, start up environment preferred. Travel REQUIRED - monthly. This organizaiton and department function as a start up, opportunity to build from the ground up and create SOPs, process and improvements. This is a one year contract to kick off on January.
