We are seeking service-oriented professionals to join a nationally recognized Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance organization. This position offers a temp-to-perm opportunity, providing flexibility to work remotely, in-office, or hybrid. Handle all inbound calls, making informed decisions or taking appropriate action with minimal assistance. Educate and provide accurate insurance advice through research and problem resolution. Interpret and verify coverages, underwriting guidelines, and policy data. Recommend and secure additional or increased coverage within specified guidelines. Conduct full account reviews and advocacy discussions to ensure adequate customer protection. Process policy and billing changes, policy issuance transactions, and policy payment plan changes. Respond to written correspondence and draft appropriate responses to service requests. Maintain knowledge of underwriting guidelines and customer service best practices. Qualifications: Must Have: Active Property & Casualty License or PL Producer License. 2+ years of experience in a Personal Lines and/or P&C role. Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in virtual technology and troubleshooting systems (e.g., Avaya, NICE, POS systems). Remote Work Requirement: Hardwired Ethernet connection with speeds of 10 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, scheduled shifts between 7:00 AM - 9:30 PM ET.
