Mechanical Assembly: Build and integrate mechanical sub-systems using hand and power tools. Precision Measurement: Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and Vernier scales to verify parts against technical blueprints. Material Handling: Safely maneuver heavy industrial components using overhead cranes and hoists. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance and identify basic mechanical issues to ensure continuous production. Clean, inspect, and wrap finished product for shipment, ensuring they meet quality and customer requirements. Read and interpret Work Orders, Production Notes, and customer instructions to guide the coating process. Complete all required QA forms and adhere to departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Safely and proficiently operate overhead cranes and hoists to move materials and rolls.
