You will be instrumental in performing crucial tests, analyzing data, and ensuring our products meet both internal specifications and customer expectations. salary: $41,600 - $52,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Operate lab instruments for rubber compound QC testing. Analyze test results against specifications and standards. Perform in-process & final batch testing. Assist Production with machine setup. Support batch release & production line. Monitor testing progress for timely results. Evaluate lab data for batch release decisions. Collaborate with Production on process adjustments based on test results. Accurately enter test data into Enterprise (Lab Software) or QA spreadsheets. Participate in SPC initiatives for process monitoring and improvement.
