This company is growing rapidly and seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. With recent additions of a Jumbo Flexo, medium-sized Flexo, and a rotary die cutter set to be installed next month, we are continuously expanding. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who enjoys working alongside their team and is looking to grow into a Maintenance Manager role as our operation continues to scale.salary: $62,400 - $79,040 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Lead and work alongside the maintenance team to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on production equipment. Oversee the installation and maintenance of corrugated packaging machinery including Flexos, rotary die cutters, and folder/gluers. Coordinate daily maintenance activities and prioritize repairs. Ensure minimal downtime by diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues quickly. Communicate effectively with production teams to maintain seamless operations. Train and mentor maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. Qualifications: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in the corrugated packaging industry. Experience in a leadership role such as Lead Technician or Supervisor. Electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment. Biligual (English/Spanish) is a plus. PLC knowledge is beneficial but not required. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
