Job Opportunity: Production Associate – Final Assembly & Inspection Location: Hudson, NH Position Type: Full-time Hourly Pay based on Experience: up to apx $30 per hour. OT available Overview: Our client in Hudson, NH, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to assist in the final assembly and inspection of large products. This position requires experience in assembling very large parts and working with written drawings and blueprints. Final product similar in size to a car. Product Assembly – Perform Final Assembly tasks to mount hardware, fitting, components, and accessories to our electrical products. Final assembly Assembling part as large as a vehicle Operating overhead cranes Utilize Tools – Must successfully operate automatic and manual tools to perform the assembly tasks. Follow written instructions Communications – Communicate regularly throughout the day with Shop Leader, site personnel, Engineering and Management. Work independently Inventory Management – Manage inventory stocks with purchasing support to maintain proper service and production schedules. Forklift Operation – Must successfully pass provided training and safety classes required to move products within the Plant and work cell. Moving large containers Product Repairs – Under the supervision of Plant and Engineering staff, assist in the repairs and maintenance of products as the needs arise. Receiving and Final Inspection - Assist the Site Staff in unloading of crates from trucks. Performing inspection of the products per documented inspection routines. Reporting and logging results. Performance Reporting – Prepare data scorecards, reports on Assembly.
