The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving business growth through digital enablement, leveraging digital channels to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives, optimize digital channel strategies, and analyze digital performance metrics to enhance marketing effectiveness.Success in this role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, Operations, and Finance, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate attention to detail, and drive continuous optimization of digital marketing efforts. Manage, nurture, and convert leads into sales opportunities through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Optimize and manage HubSpot marketing automation, including A/B testing and workflow automation. Support the optimization of digital marketing tools, including marketing automation platforms, CMS, UX, analytics, SEO, and CRM. Assist in the rollout of marketing programs, ensuring maximum digital reach and effectiveness for content, thought leadership, and event sponsorships. Track, report, and optimize digital marketing tactics, leveraging analytics to improve performance and ROI. Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to enhance digital marketing strategies. What you need to bring: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Email, LinkedIn, Web, SEO, SEM, and Paid Search. Experience in marketing automation, analytics tools, and digital performance tracking. Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices. Basic knowledge of HTML and website optimization for increased organic traffic. Ability to analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights. Understanding of industry trends and how to apply them to improve marketing effectiveness. Innovative mindset with a passion for new technology tools. Knowledge of customer experience strategies and how to enhance the customer journey through marketing touchpoints. Understanding of the role of marketing in delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels. Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong command of the English language, including excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advance working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.. Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on marketing impact. Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in digital marketing, social media, and email marketing. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. Prior experience in the staffing industry or B2B marketing preferred. Proven track record in campaign execution, training and adoption strategies. Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to translate business needs into marketing strategies.
