Manage all aspects of daily store operations to achieve and exceed sales targets and implement operational best practices. Analyze KPIs related to sales and labor, and collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategies for improvement. Maintain high standards for store presentation, ensuring a clean, organized, and brand-aligned environment. Ensure consistent adherence to operational procedures and the delivery of exceptional customer service. Oversee inventory management, including product mix and waste reduction, to optimize profitability. Cultivate relationships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance brand awareness and drive customer traffic. Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of store team members. Manage the store's Profit and Loss (P&L), including labor costs, inventory control, and operational expenses. Utilize sales data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and coach team members for optimal results. Identify and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and increase revenue. Serve as the primary point of contact between the store and corporate leadership, providing regular reports and insights.
