Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe at all times. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials. Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and manage warehouse staff schedules to ensure efficient workflow. Coordinate with installation teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites. Plan and schedule deliveries and pickups. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company policies and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Administrative Duties: Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics. Assist with budgeting and cost control measures.
