job summary: Seeking a Tech Services Metallurgist / Sales Metallurgist to serve as the vital technical bridge between our steel production facility and our diverse customer base. You will act as a premier subject matter expert, providing high-level technical consultation to help customers optimize their material selection, improve their manufacturing processes, and resolve complex performance challenges. This is a dynamic, high-impact role that combines deep metallurgical expertise with a customer-centric approach; you will be responsible for everything from conducting on-site technical audits and failure analyses to collaborating with our internal mill teams to develop custom grades that meet evolving market demands. You should have sheet steel experience, a great attitude, and not require visa sponsorship at any time.
