Business Development Manager- Finance and Accounting Location: Hybrid | Altamonte Springs, FL (2+ days/week onsite + local client travel) Are you a strategic sales professional with a passion for connecting top talent with top companies? You’ll play a key role in identifying, securing, and growing business within both new and existing clients, using a consultative, relationship-first approach. This role blends traditional sales skills with modern prospecting tactics to deliver customized workforce solutions. What You’ll Do: Sales & Growth Drive personal production by generating GP through new and existing client sales. Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue goals across medium to large accounts. Conduct outreach through cold calls, warm leads, social media, networking, and referrals. Lead client meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts and rate structures. Build a robust pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to uncover and drive cross-selling opportunities. Client Management Cultivate long-term relationships and position Randstad as a strategic talent partner. Understand each client’s business, culture, and workforce needs to tailor hiring strategies. Partner with internal teams to align job requirements with candidate capabilities. Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with client-specific onboarding and policies. Strategy & Execution Create short- and long-term sales plans with clear, actionable goals. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to inform sales efforts. Ensure accurate activity tracking and reporting in CRM systems. Meet and exceed performance KPIs, including revenue, gross margin, and account growth. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred CPA, CMA, or CFA certification highly desirable 2+ years of B2B sales experience required; staffing or recruiting experience a plus Background in Accounting or Finance (e.g., bookkeeping, audit, tax, analysis) strongly preferred Tech-savvy with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and CRM tools Proven ability to build relationships, bounce back from rejection, and close deals Experience leveraging social media to generate leads and build brand presence Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills Financial acumen and understanding of core accounting/finance principles Why Join Randstad?
