Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).7-10 years' experience managing, configuring, and administrating LAN and WLAN controller, switches, and router technologies. Cisco experience is a plus.Management experience with antivirus, VPN, Entra ID, and MDM. Experience with CrowdStrike, Cisco AnyConnect, and Microsoft Intune are a plus.Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools.Project management skills.strong problem-solving and communication skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., , CompTIA Network+ or Security+, Cisco Certified Network Professional) are a plus.Demonstrated experience and commitment to using ITIL-like processes and supporting applications in a disciplined way to ensure timely and accurate services, and reliable infrastructure environment information.
