WEB Customer Service & Administration: Review web orders daily to generate packing slips and print shipping labels. Inventory/Supply Chain: Process data entry of purchase order (container) paperwork received from Walker’s Shortbread LTD.Adjust scheduled receipt dates and designated warehouses for incoming shipments as necessary.Generate and issue a weekly in-transit inventory report.Process warehouse transfer documentation.Process inventory adjustments related to activities such as shipper projects and repacks.Assist in conducting physical inventory count checks.Process and log Walmart freight invoices.Prepare and submit a monthly aged inventory report.Submit all inventory-related work for review. Administration/Event Management: Complete filing of various documentation, including invoices, sales orders, customer purchase orders, and payment records.Assist in the planning and execution of annual employee summer and holiday events.Transfer accounts payable and accounts receivable files at the beginning of each calendar year.
