We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Administrative Assistant to join our busy CPA office. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing essential support to our CPAs and accounting staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an understanding of confidentiality. ** Starting November (Busy Season): The schedule will shift to 6 days a week in office.. During off season, you will work Mon-Thurs.**salary: $25 - $28 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesClient Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and responding to general email inquiries professionally and promptly. Assist with client onboarding processes, including collecting necessary documentation. Office Administration & Support: Manage and organize physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring compliance with firm policies and data security protocols. Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels Assist with the preparation and assembly of tax returns, financial statements, and other accounting documents. Perform accurate data entry into various accounting software and internal databases. Scan, copy, and prepare documents for digital and physical distribution.
