What you get to do: Drive profitable growth in the assigned vertical through local sales, and continuously increase market share Drive gross profit through personal production by generating sales orders within the target segment of the market Accountable for meeting revenue, gross margin, and other financial objectives Oversee P&L management, budgeting, sales prospecting, client relationships, and account management Lead a team of staffing professionals in sales, recruitment, order management, and customer service for permanent and temporary placements Develop and growth the teams, ensuring productivity, accountability, and engagement Act as a brand advocate for Randstad and lead by example in production and business continuity What you need to bring: Minimum 5+ years of B2B Sales experience with 3 years in staffing finance & accounting sales Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Capability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups History of leading and growing a successful team Proven track record of B2B selling and growing accounts while leading others Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives This job posting is open for 4 weeks. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
