Prevailing Wage Compliance: Monitor and apply current Nevada Department of Labor (DOL) and federal prevailing wage determinations to ensure all field staff are paid according to project-specific scales. Job Costing Integration: Partner with Project Managers to ensure all labor hours are accurately allocated to specific cost codes and job numbers for precise project budget tracking. Seeking a payroll administrator to collaborate with the HR coordinator in processing payroll for a high quantity of employees. This position is flexible in the hours the selected candidate will work. Experience with Dayforce/ Ceridien is highly preferred.
