PAY: $115,000 - $185,000 100% onsite in Santa Clara, CA SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, must support global payroll as needed. TYPE: Direct Hire The ideal candidate: Proficient with ADP, UKG and Workday. Review, process and manage monthly payroll for growing global headcount around 200 employees & contractors in 10 different countries with third party payroll vendors, and maintain all related records. Process and maintain payroll information for time off requests and employee transactions such as timesheets, direct deposits, leave of absences, garnishments, new hires, terminations, and domestic partner processing. Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits and review to ensure data integrity. Process off-cycle payroll checks as needed. Research and resolve, on a timely basis payroll related questions from employees and managers. Review, reconcile, and fund 401k contribution and loan data in Fidelity. Review, reconcile, and submit Eligibility and Deduction Report. Participate in finance/accounting-related projects that incorporate payroll data. Verify and process bonus and quarterly stock payments.
