We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Payroll Manager to lead the payroll department for our multi-entity heavy civil and electrical construction partnership. This role is based in Las Vegas, NV, and is critical to our infrastructure projects across the region. As we operate as a parent organization for several self-performing trade subsidiaries, the ideal candidate must be an expert in navigating the complexities of high-volume union labor, multi-state compliance, and specialized construction accounting.salary: $33.65 - $36 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Union Benefit Administration: Calculate and remit monthly fringe benefit contributions and dues for multiple trade unions (Laborers, Operators, Teamsters, IBEW) across different company entities. Certified Payroll Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) via LCPtracker or similar platforms to ensure compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act on public works projects. Multi-Entity Payroll Processing: Oversee the full-cycle payroll for multiple subsidiaries (TAB, M.M.C., Acme), ensuring correct labor distribution and inter-company cost allocations. Prevailing Wage Compliance: Monitor and apply current Nevada Department of Labor (DOL) and federal prevailing wage determinations to ensure all field staff are paid according to project-specific scales. Job Costing Integration: Partner with Project Managers to ensure all labor hours are accurately allocated to specific cost codes and job numbers for precise project budget tracking. CBA Interpretation: Serve as the subject matter expert on various Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) to correctly apply overtime rules, shift differentials, and travel pay.
