You'll play a vital part in ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across the board.Key Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in screen printing, including press operation, pre-press, reclaim, ink/color theory, and quality control At least 4+ years of team supervision in a warehouse or manufacturing environment strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Experience with screen-print equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Basic math skills for production calculations Ability to read and interpret technical documents, specs, and work orders Dependable work history and a passion for quality work Pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience What You’ll Be Doing: Operate Presses: Use both automatic and manual presses to produce top-quality prints. Monitor every detail to ensure consistency and accuracy. Lead the Team: Supervise, train, and motivate your crew. Promote clear communication, accountability, and a strong team culture. Quality Control: Review work orders, monitor production flow, and ensure each job meets or exceeds expectations. Inventory & Safety: Maintain supply levels, promote workplace safety, and keep production areas clean and efficient. Keep a keen eye on every detail, making sure each piece meets our high standards. Help in any and all areas of production as needed. Examine work orders to determine print times. Address workflow concerns with Department Manager. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety and clean work environment. Inspects and approves press setups, continually monitoring press operations including color reproduction, registration, and print quality. Maintain proper inventory levels of supplies and materials to ensure continuous production. Report production delays to Department Manager. Manage: Lead the team to success! Supervise and maintain a high-performing production team through effective training, motivation, and communication. Provide clear direction and guidance to production staff while keeping morale high. Set expectations and ensure accountability for production employees as a group and as individuals.
