We’re looking for a dedicated Chemical Mixer Lead to join our team for the weekend shift! In this role, you will oversee and lead the chemical mixing process, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This includes non-standard work scheduling such as preventive maintenance, and general area cleanup. Provides training to new employees and maintains shift reliability through cross-training employees Reports inventory needs for raw materials to the Production Manager. Print formula batch sheets and other daily production related worksheets. Ensures the accuracy of and completion of the batch and production sheets for the day. Reports any activities considered unsafe, or do not follow work instructions/ standards set by the Plant Manager Performs work as detailed in the Production Lead - Dry, Production Lead - Liquid, Resin Plant Operator, Quality Control Technician and Maintenance job descriptions. Typical tasks for these jobs include weighing raw materials per the batch sheet, loading mixers, blending, packaging, controlling reactions, swapping hoses and pumps and QC analysis of products.
