Lead a team of quality control inspectors in conducting inspections, audits, and data analysis. Identify and investigate non-conformance issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Manage and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, calibration records. Work closely with engineering, , and distribution and regulatory affairs departments to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle. Stay up-to-date on the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices Prepare for and participate in regulatory agency inspections.
