job summary: You directly support the Privacy team, and partner closely with teams across the business in your work. Your primary focus will be to develop data views and insights that promote experiential improvements around the processes and customer journeys as they relate to privacy. Working with your peers as well as other stakeholder teams, you will both develop and support the creation of data insights through cross-functional partnerships. You will also recommend, develop and maintain privacy-focused OKRs and KPIs, as well as build an understanding of the impact of various improvements on an established set of privacy metrics. Day to day activities will include: automating and structuring manual processes, developing experience-based data stories through ongoing views and dashboards, tracking operational opportunities as surfaced by top driver analysis, and deeper dive/long-term data projects that increase the experiential understanding of specific stakeholders or teams.
