Maintenance & Repair Work  Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checks and assist others in more advanced maintenance tasks.  Repairs: Replace batteries, belts, hoses, oil, and filters.  Troubleshooting: Find and fix mechanical and electrical issues (e.g., dead battery, fuel issues).  Testing: Perform load bank testing to ensure generators are working properly.  Control Panel Work: Fix control panels, replace faulty breakers, and modify generator connections when needed.  Documentation: Fill out service reports and work logs correctly and in detail. Work Schedule & Site Visits  Follow a flexible work schedule and respond to emergency calls when needed.  Travel to job sites, complete assigned work, and report daily on tasks completed.  Communicate with customers and keep them updated on their generator’s status.
