This is a hands on physical site based role. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with computers, PLCs, voltage meters, current meters, oscilloscopes, and electrical formulas. Perform electrical preventive maintenance such as screw tightening, component replacement, visual inspection, panel cleaning, panel wiring, wire tracing, and panel documenting. Document PLC programs using RS Logix 5, 500, and 5000 software. Engineer MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) improvements. Proficiency with PLC (Programmatic Logic Controller), AutoCAD, RS Logix 5, 500, and 5000 software. Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, Vision Systems, VFDs, and networking. Industrial electrical troubleshooting skills and manufacturing system knowledge. Ability to troubleshoot industrial control systems. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Associate's Degree in Electrical Studies preferred.
