In this role, you will report to the Director, Communications for the North American Market. Randstad has embraced a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration. You’ll have the option to work remotely up to three days a week, providing a mix of remote flexibility and office engagement. What you get to do: Corporate Communications Facilitation: Assist in developing and delivering corporate communications that enhance employee engagement and keep teams informed of key initiatives and updates. Support internal events and campaigns by creating materials that inform, inspire, and align with Randstad’s mission and values. Internal Platform Management: Oversee and maintain content on our internal intranet, ensuring it remains up-to-date, relevant, and user-friendly. Collaborate with team members to regularly update content and enhance the platform’s usability for employees across North America. Newsletter Development and Distribution: Assist in crafting, editing, and distributing engaging newsletters that keep employees connected and informed. Ensure all content is clear, relevant, and aligned with company messaging, fostering a sense of community among employees. Content Creation and Review: Draft, edit, and review communications for clarity and impact, tailoring messages for various internal audiences. Ensure consistency with brand voice and alignment with company strategy across all communications materials. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and effective communication. Collaborate on projects and ad-hoc tasks to support the communications team and drive alignment with company initiatives. What you need to bring: 1-2 years of experience in a communications role, or relevant internships. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset). A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to think creatively and adapt quickly. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work well in a team and build collaborative relationships across departments. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This job posting is open for 4 weeks. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
