In this role, you’ll handle everything from creating quotes and coordinating with our manufacturing team to scheduling installations and ensuring a smooth project closeout. Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently schedule jobs using Buildertrend and Service Channel, aligning with crews, shops, and customers. Inventory Management: Track and coordinate materials with the Inventory Specialist. Quote & Work Order Management: Generate accurate quotes in Excel and QuickBooks, converting approvals into work orders. Project Execution: Ensure proper assembly, loading, and transport of materials for installation. Customer Communication: Maintain client updates and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Team Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication between facility techs, crews, and stakeholders via a company phone. Time & Task Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and customer expectations. Data & Reporting: Accurately input project data into systems such as QuickBooks, Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook), and other management tools. Produce reports for internal tracking and customer updates. Track project progress and provide regular updates and reports to management. Mobile Communication: Use a company-provided cell phone to communicate with field technicians and other team members on the go. Job Installation & Closeout: Oversee installations, ensure quality, and complete necessary paperwork.
