Supervise the Receptionist by delegating tasks, offering support, and conducting regular performance evaluations. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth office functionality. Manage inventory and distribution of office supplies and branded marketing materials (e.g., company apparel). Uphold compliance with company policies, maintaining confidentiality and professional standards. Administrative & Executive Support Provide high-level support to the President and Executive Team, including scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. Plan and execute internal events, training sessions, and company-sponsored volunteer activities. Act as a key liaison for administrative communications, both internally and externally. Maintain the Team Development Training calendar and coordinate facility bookings as needed. Process & System Oversight Drive process improvements to enhance administrative operations and workplace efficiency. Ensure the accuracy and proper handling of personnel documentation, including digital filing and document control. Oversee mailroom operations, including mail distribution, document stamping, and bulk mail coordination with the Receptionist.
