Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management, highlighting key metrics, schedule adherence, and potential administrative roadblocks. Scheduling Facilitation: Coordinate with the Production Manager to manage and communicate the daily production schedule, ensuring all departments (Cutting, Welding/Manufacturing, Staging) are aligned on priorities and deadlines. Logistics Administration: Act as the primary administrative liaison for inbound raw materials and outbound finished product logistics, ensuring all necessary shipping paperwork (BOLs, manifests, etc) is prepared accurately and on time. Cross-Departmental Hub: Facilitate clear and timely communication between Sales, Production, and Shipping/Receiving to resolve documentation discrepancies, and adjust schedules based on material availability.
