Research and resolve discrepancies between physical and system counts. Inspect, classify, and verify materials during cycle counting activities. Communicate findings and collaborate with the Inventory Control team. Assist with full inventory audits and spot checks to ensure accuracy. Identify and implement improvements to inventory management practices. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with 5S, safety guidelines, and PPE requirements. Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Support warehouse operations, including material handling and receiving. Develop and sustain ERP systems for critical inventory. Attend training sessions and collaborate with team members to meet schedules. Contribute to a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. Data Entry Collect and input data from warehouse personnel into the designated database. Verify and update data for accuracy and resolve inconsistencies. Maintain digital filing systems and scan/upload documents. Perform data cleansing and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Update daily scheduling information from planning boards into the system. Collaborate on maintaining operational scorecards. Perform other duties as assigned.
