Hiring Immediately! The Quality Control Inspector II performs final and in-process inspections of machined components to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and industry standards. This role requires proficiency with precision measuring instruments and test equipment. The inspector will work independently, assist in training junior inspectors, and serve as a liaison during source inspections.salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Conduct in-process and final inspections of machined parts for defects, wear, or deviations from specifications. Interpret blueprints, routers, and work orders to determine inspection criteria. Measure parts and materials using tools such as micrometers, calipers, gage pins, optical comparators, thread gauges, etc. Record and document inspection results accurately in computer systems. Determine product compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organizational, federal, and state quality standards. Support and guide Level I inspectors; answer questions from internal and external auditors or source inspectors.
