We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and help ensure our products meet the highest industry standards.What You’ll Do: ✔️ Inspect large weldments and machined parts using handheld measuring devices (micrometers, calipers, go/no-go gauges) ✔️ Utilize laser trackers for precision measurements ✔️ Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T ✔️ Conduct NDT inspections (VT, PT, MT, UT) and maintain certification in at least two methods ✔️ Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and QC teams to maintain quality and meet deadlines ✔️ Communicate feedback effectively, fostering collaboration and improvement ✔️ Lead groups of peers in quality processes and inspectionsWhat We’re Looking For: 3+ years of weld inspection experience 3+ years of experience with handheld measuring tools 1+ years of experience using laser trackers Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or ability to obtain certification understanding of GD&T principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Leadership skills and the ability to work independently Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
