As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet precise quality standards, working within an ISO 9001 environment to inspect mechanical, electrical, and structural assemblies.Key Responsibilities: Perform incoming, in-process, and final dimensional and visual inspections of materials and assemblies to verify compliance with engineering blueprints and specifications.Use, read, and interpret a tape measure effectively, along with engineering blueprints and customer specifications.Electronically record inspection results, noting acceptance or rejection, and manage nonconforming products according to established procedures.Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Department to ensure compliance with engineering requirements.Handle calibration of inspection and test equipment in adherence to quality standards.Assist with pneumatic pressure or leak testing (preferred). Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience inspecting mechanical, electrical, and structural assemblies or installations.Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and customer specifications.Familiarity with calibration processes for inspection and test equipment is mandatory.Experience in ISO 9001 environments is preferred.Preferred experience in pneumatic pressure or leak testing and NEC-code compliance.
