The Rework Operator is responsible for identifying and correcting defects in products or components that do not meet quality standards before they are shipped to the customer. This role focuses on correcting minor flaws, performing adjustments, and ensuring products conform to specified requirements.   Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and specifications. Proficiency in using hand tools and basic testing equipment. strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to follow instructions and procedures. Basic understanding of quality control principles. Good documentation skills. Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk/stand for an extended period.
