We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. This role involves utilizing testing equipment and methodologies to assess product integrity, conducting audits, and ensuring calibration and preventative maintenance of tools. The specialist will oversee non-conforming material requests, ensuring timely processing and resolution while maintaining compliance with TL9000/ISO 9001:2015 standards. Additional responsibilities include performing Electrostatic Discharge audits, record retention compliance reviews, and training production staff on quality control procedures. The ideal candidate will conduct root cause analysis for quality issues, propose corrective actions, and analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement.salary: $45,760 - $49,920 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Utilizing testing equipment and methodologies to assess product quality. Perform audit of Products with Shelf-Life web-based tool to ensure outdated chemicals and purged post expiration date. Follow up on calibration web tool and notifications of tooling out of CAL/requiring a preventative maintenance (PM). Conduct annual internal TL9000/ISO 9001:2015 as assigned. Perform Electrostatic Discharge audits in accordance with the standards. Along with QA Management, oversee the processing of Non-conforming Material Requests ensuring steps are being conducted in a timely manner. Ensure Return Material Authorization / Non-conforming material are not past a reasonable reconciliation time. Perform annual audit of record retention compliance. Train production staff on quality control practices and procedures. Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and propose corrective actions. Analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure product traceability and management of instances of non-conformity.
