Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, reducing downtime and ensuring optimal performance. Perform preventive maintenance and process repairs to keep systems efficient and reliable. Work with a wide range of equipment including mixers, PLCs, sensors, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Support plant systems—chillers, air compressors, fire protection, security systems—and much more. Install and maintain control devices (switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, etc.). Safely operate power tools, read schematics, and collaborate with team members across departments. Follow OSHA and PSM safety standards while sharing your knowledge to help others grow. What You Bring: Solid experience with electrical troubleshooting, AC/DC systems, PLCs, and HMIs. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and schematics. Knowledge of industrial machinery—motors, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics. Familiarity with CMMS systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office tools. Safety-first mindset with the ability to operate mobile equipment. Strong teamwork, communication, and a willingness to help others learn. Certifications in electrical safety, HVAC, or related fields are a plus. Preferred Background: High School Diploma or GED (Technical certification is a bonus!)
