We are seeking a process-driven Recruiting Operations Specialist who thrives on execution, accuracy, and compliance. This role owns the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle operations, serving as the functional backbone of the People team. This includes standardizing offer letters, managing recruiting compliance artifacts, and ensuring seamless handoffs between Recruiting, IT, and Payroll. Onboarding/Offboarding SOPs: Document, maintain, and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the entire employee lifecycle to ensure consistency and risk mitigation. Offboarding Excellence: Coordinate departures with precision, including final pay calculations, equipment retrieval, and COBRA handoffs. HR Audits: Conduct regular internal audits of I-9s, E-Verify, and employee files to ensure 100% audit readiness. Immigration Support: Manage the administrative side of immigration compliance, including visa tracking, I-9 reverifications, and maintaining Public Access Files (PAFs). Employment Law: Act as the internal guardian for California wage and hour compliance and proper Contractor vs. Employee (AB5) classifications. Serve as the central hub for employee data, partnering with IT, Payroll, and Benefits to ensure that data flows accurately across all systems.
