job summary: We are seeking a Senior Electronics Technician to play a critical role in testing, troubleshooting, and improving PCB systems. As a Senior Electronics Technician, you'll troubleshoot PCB systems to the component level using advanced diagnostic tools like LabVIEW, JTAG, high-speed oscilloscopes, and more. Collaborate with test engineers, analyze failures, and ensure production quality while driving innovation in electronic testing. location: North Billerica, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $35 - 50 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Associates responsibilities: Test and troubleshoot PCB assemblies to the component level using advanced equipment.Perform setup, calibration, and testing of complex electronic circuits and electro-mechanical assemblies.Collaborate with Test Engineering to create, document, and verify test procedures and fixtures.Analyze failures from production and customer returns to determine root cause and recommend solutions.Investigate repetitive circuit problems, develop corrective actions, and reduce inventory in PCB testing.Provide daily technical support for PCB and system-level issues on the production floor.Update and formalize test procedures for ECO approval.
