Able to prepare, fit, layout, fabricate and assemble pipe and other components needed together as required by the blueprint/isometric drawings or customer. Pattern, cutting, rolling fiberglass Proper use of resin and putties Mixes catalyst into resin and saturates cloth and mat with mixture, using brush Laying out fiberglass mat and using rollers to ensure resin is evenly distributed across part being made. Laminate layers of fiberglass on molds to form small parts Places layers of mat and cloth in mold and smooths out wrinkles with hand roller Trims excess material from mold, using hand tools Sanding and grinding parts Prep and paint parts Maintain accurate records of hours worked on work orders.
