We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at a thriving Home Building Supply company. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and gross profit in your assigned territory by delivering exceptional value to both potential and existing customers. You will educate customers on the features and benefits of our products and services, while also ensuring their needs and orders are communicated efficiently to the facility. Additionally, you will craft and present persuasive sales proposals to encourage both new sales and repeat business. This role is intended to be an inside sales role with an eventual promotion to Outside Sales Representative based upon succcess. The salary for this role is $45K with $500-$1500 average monthly commission and end of the year profit sharing (dependent on year's success) of ~$8K. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
