Compensation & Incentives This role offers a competitive base pay ranging from $18–$25 per hour, based on relevant industry experience. In addition to base pay, the team participates in a monthly performance bonus that has been consistently achieved month over month. When the team’s revenue exceeds the same month from the prior year by 5 percent, an additional $900 bonus is paid out for that month. If performance remains consistent throughout the year, this incentive can total up to $10,800 in additional annual earnings, on top of hourly pay.
