Looking for a Receptioinist/Admin Assistant for a Showroom. You would be working the front desk, greeting all clients and visitors coming in, answering phones, cleaning/organizing the space, assisting with hosting lunches and various events, and other duties as necessary. Really looking for someone who is out-going, professional, and can provide a high level customer experience to clients and visitors. There are times when you will be work independently or with a group. Looking for someone who is a self-starter, can take initiative, likes to be creative, and is comfortable with all aspects of hospitality. Qualifications: Two years of administrative experience or customer service. Excellent multi-tasking skills with ability to organize and prioritize work. strong attention to detail. strong communication, especially telephone, skills. Must be flexible and adaptable in ever-changing work environment, including flexibility in work hours. Ability to be "forward-looking"; recommends alternatives and solutions to issues. Proficient in using PC, via keyboard/mouse, and various software (i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, WebEx). Proficient in utilizing various office equipment (i.e., copy machines, faxes, and/or scanners).
