This role involves answering and routing incoming calls, taking messages, and providing assistance to both internal and external stakeholders. The individual will assist with general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records, while also managing scheduling, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports and presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential, as the role requires creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant / Receptionist will use Canva to design marketing materials and visual content for internal communications and presentations. The position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle correspondence, and a strong attention to detail, especially when supporting HR and Accounting departments with document processing and data entry.
