Apply now and let your Accounting brilliance shine on the international stage!salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and support for non-recurring accounting transactions, including intercompany transactions: -Reconciliation -Accrued expenses / Accrued revenues Control supplier’s invoices and bank’s entries with a bookkeeper. Manage supplier’s payments. Preparation of the weekly payroll and payroll checks Prepare account reconciliations and complete analytical reviews of balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure the accuracy and validity of transactions. Provide support and advice to business unit operations (Business Partner), including in cost control, monthly review on the action plan, reporting and filing business declarations for the administration. Manage the local budget and forecast processes. Assist with establishing, implementing, and documenting policies and procedures.
